I wasn’t born a cowgirl — I became one by heart and by grit. I spent 40 years under Montana Big Sky, married to a true cowboy whose folks founded Buckhorn Ranch Outfitters back in the early ’60s. Together, we lived the kind of life most people only dream about — running cattle, raising horses & mules guiding hunts, fly fishing trips, trail rides, cooking over open fires, and packing into the Bob Marshall Wilderness.
